Preparation tips

Tips from a professional
The Sacherwürstel develops its full flavor when it is gently heated in hot, not boiling water. Let the water slowly heat to just below boiling point and place the sausages in it for about 10 minutes. This way the delicate texture is preserved and the taste comes into its own.
