  • How do I prepare the sausages correctly?

    We have put together professional tips for each sausage, explaining how to prepare them correctly so that you can bring the flavour of Viennese sausage stand culture into your home! You can find the recommendations on the individual product pages.

  • How can I pay?

    There are two payment options available to you in our webshop: PayPal or by credit card.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    The shipping prices depend on the order value and the destination country. The following shipping conditions apply within Austria: - free shipping for orders over €49 - €5.90 shipping costs for orders over €29 - €11.90 shipping costs for orders under €29

  • How long does the dispatch take?

    Shipping is handled by DHL Express and takes place within 2 to 3 working days. Once the parcel has been handed over to the shipping service provider, it is usually delivered to you within 24 hours. Dispatch takes place from Monday to Thursday, delivery from Tuesday to Friday.

  • Will I receive information on the parcel status?

    After you have ordered from us, you will receive an order confirmation and the invoice. As soon as the parcel has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive further information on the status of the parcel and delivery. As a rule, the parcel will be delivered within 24 hours of being accepted by DHL Express.

  • Are the goods refrigerated?

    The goods are heavily cooled and packaged by us and then handed over to DHL Express. The parcel is delivered within 24 hours of being handed over to the shipping service provider.

  • Why is there no return option?

    There is no right of cancellation for goods that can spoil quickly (e.g. food) or that are delivered sealed and are not suitable for return after opening for reasons of health protection or hygiene.
